Bossa Eco Luxury Villa is a 43-villa beachfront condominium by Taipa Inc on Praia do Toque, São Miguel dos Milagres, Alagoas, Brazil. Why Praia do Toque
It is one of the quietest beaches on the Milagres Ecological Route, on the north coast of Alagoas. Reefs form natural pools at low tide and there are no tall buildings on the shore. The Guardian listed it among Brazil’s most beautiful beaches. It is about 100 km from Maceió airport and about 150 km from Recife.

Payment goes directly to the developer: 17% down, 18% in 25 monthly installments, 20% in 3 semiannual installments, 25% on delivery and 20% in 24 monthly installments after completion, indexed to INCC during construction and IPCA + 1% per month afterwards. Beach club and management
The Koko beach club has a pool, a sea-view gym, spa, sauna, gourmet area and beach service. There are tennis, padel and pickleball courts, a lake with a suspension bridge, coworking and 24-hour security. Hospitality is managed by ENINOVA, with over 15 years in hotel management: dynamic pricing, premium booking platforms, maintenance, a resident caretaker and owner reports. Rental income depends on occupancy and the market; returns are not guaranteed.
