EntreÁguas Milagres is a gated community of 4 and 5-suite homes on Patacho Beach, in Porto de Pedras, on the north coast of Alagoas, Brazil. What sets it apart on the Rota Ecológica dos Milagres are its freshwater lagoons with pale sand, the community’s private beaches, and a hotel operation that looks after the house while you are away.
This guide is for buyers who live abroad and want a beach home in northeast Brazil that can be run from a distance. It covers where Patacho is, what the homes are like, what the hotel operation does, what it costs and what to check before you sign.

Patacho Beach: the only Blue Flag beach in Alagoas
Patacho is in Porto de Pedras, next to São Miguel dos Milagres, on the Rota Ecológica dos Milagres. Expect calm water, natural pools at low tide and coconut palms almost down to the sand. In the 2025/2026 season it was the only beach in Alagoas certified with the Blue Flag, the international label for water quality, environmental management and safety.
For a buyer who lives far away, the label means something practical: the beach is managed and monitored, with basic facilities. That matters when you will use the house for a few weeks a year and guests will use it the rest of the time.
Freshwater lagoons: a private beach inside the community
The project is laid out around freshwater lagoons with pale sand, built with Praia Tech by Aqualar technology. According to the developer, it is the only project in the area with private beaches and homes that open straight onto the sand. There are more than 17,000 m² of water, up to 1.30 m deep, with 1.3 km of shoreline. Every home has direct access to one of the lagoons.
In practice, you get two beaches: the Patacho sea, a short walk through the beach club, and the lagoon at your door, with no waves, no tide and fresh water. With small children, or on a lazy afternoon at home, that makes a real difference. It also stands out in any vacation rental listing.
Hospitality, concierge and rental management
This is the part that matters most if you live abroad. The community will be operated by ENINOVA Hotels Experience, a hospitality company with an established presence in the region. Planned services include:
- bilingual concierge, with support by app and WhatsApp;
- remote check-in and check-out;
- housekeeping, laundry and amenity restocking;
- room service, breakfast at the house and a private chef;
- preventive maintenance and beach service;
- vacation rental management.
Services are booked on demand. You choose what to use while you are there and what to hand over while the house is rented. There is no promised return: any rental result depends on occupancy, nightly rates and costs, so talk to the operator before running numbers.

Both can add a rooftop with spa, outdoor kitchen and sun deck (57 m² on the Beach Lake, 63 m² on the Beach House), a pool with hydromassage and a wet deck, and full furniture and linens. The price list splits payment into a 20% down payment, 25% in 42 monthly installments, 25% in 6 semiannual installments and a 30% balance. Beach club and amenities
On the seafront, the 5,000 m² beach club has a 25 m pool, in-water lounges, a bar and a beach lounge with gazebos. There is also a 110-seat restaurant, a gym, a spa with saunas, a beauty room, teen and kids rooms, a tennis court, beach tennis, a playground, a pet area, a nature trail and a wedding space with a seaside altar. Reception and gatehouse 24/7, access control and golf carts to get around.
Buying from abroad
The development is registered at the Porto de Pedras property registry (R-1 of record 5,648). Before signing, ask for the registered development specification and the contract: what counts is what is written there, not the brochure images.
