Horizon Trade Center is Markup Incorporações’ new high-end office building on Avenida Assis Chateaubriand, facing the sea at Praia da Avenida, in downtown Maceió, Brazil. Office units range from 41 m² to 196 m², each with 2 to 4 parking spaces, and the rooftop has a helipad and a panoramic restaurant. Delivery is scheduled for June 2032.

A location tied to Maceió’s government district
Praia da Avenida was Maceió’s first city beach, and it is back in focus. The new City Hall administrative center, the State Court of Justice, the Labor Court (TRT), the courthouse, the Santa Casa hospital and downtown notary offices are all nearby. Ponta Verde, the city’s best-known beach district, is about 8 minutes away by car.
The building and the offices
A triple-height lobby, 6 elevators, full backup generator, loading dock, meeting room, café and 110 visitor parking spaces. Up top, the rooftop garden has a helipad, a panoramic restaurant, an auditorium and a zen garden, all facing the sea.
There are three kinds of office: front units facing the sea (75.72 m², 3 parking spaces), side units of about 53 m² to 57 m², and inner-wing units of 41 m² to 61 m² with no front sea view. The top floor has units with a mezzanine and 4 parking spaces. How buying at cost works
Horizon is built under Brazil’s closed-condominium model: buyers fund the construction together. The price has two parts, an entry fee payable in up to 7 installments and the construction cost, an estimate paid in 60 monthly and 10 semiannual installments and indexed to the INCC-DI construction index. The entry price is usually below a conventional launch, but the final cost can change with the actual cost of the work. Returns are not guaranteed.
