Why Barra de São Miguel
It is Maceió’s classic summer beach town: calm water protected by reefs, natural pools and the mouth of the São Miguel river, with Gunga beach on the other side. It is about 20 minutes from Maceió airport, and vacation rental demand is strong in high season.

Nine two-bedroom apartments remain (68.45 m² or 69.64 m², 1 parking space), from R$ 985,355 to R$ 1,146,475 on the September 2026 price list. The building is developed at cost: an entry fee (40% down and 60% in 6 monthly installments) plus the construction cost (70% in 42 monthly and 30% in 7 semiannual installments), an estimate indexed to the INCC-DI construction index that can change with the actual cost of the work.
