Marbella Boulevard is Construtora Record’s new condominium in Cruz das Almas, Maceió, Brazil, next to Parque Shopping mall. It has two towers, Trialis (3 bedrooms) and Alamanda (4 suites), linked by a 2,200 m² private boulevard landscaped with native species. According to the developer, every unit has a sea view.

A private boulevard between the sea and the mall
The 2,200 m² boulevard is landscaped by Ricardo Cardim with native trees, a walking trail, a vegetable garden, squares and quiet corners. Add beach tennis and pickleball courts, a football pitch, a playground and a pet area, and there are 8,000 m² of shared outdoor space. Parque Shopping and Unimed Hospital are a short walk away, and Cruz das Almas beach is about 5 minutes away.
The two towers
Trialis: 110.08 m² and 117.01 m² apartments with 3 bedrooms (1 en suite), a gourmet balcony open to the kitchen and 2 parking spaces. Its own pool, gym, party room, barbecue area and games room.
Alamanda: 168.94 m² to 171.53 m² apartments with 4 suites, a staff room, a gourmet balcony and 3 parking spaces. Besides the pool and gym, it has a cinema, beauty room, kids’ playroom and coworking space.
Prices and payment
From the September 2026 price list: Trialis 304 (110.08 m²) at R$ 1,546,222, Trialis 1901 (117.01 m², 19th floor) at R$ 2,031,481, Alamanda 104 (171.53 m²) at R$ 2,305,738 and Alamanda 1801 (169.10 m², 18th floor) at R$ 2,921,793. Payment goes directly to the developer: a 10% deposit in 2 installments, monthly and semiannual installments during construction, and the 60% to 65% balance through bank financing, indexed to the INCC-DI construction index. Prices change with each list, so ask for the current one and confirm availability.
