Altimus Beira Mar is the new launch by builder Conenge on Avenida Litorânea, in the Cruz das Almas neighborhood of Maceió (Alagoas, Brazil). It has 166 one-bedroom apartments of 38 to 50 m² and two-suite penthouse-floor units of 56 to 68 m², with a retail boulevard on the ground floor and full amenities on the mezzanine. Construction is scheduled to start in January 2027, with delivery planned for January 2030.

Cruz das Almas lies in Maceió’s urban north shore, past Jatiúca. Conenge describes the site as having the sea on one side and Parque Shopping mall on the other, close to new hospitals and business centers in the city’s fastest-growing area.
