Living with the mall at your doorstep
The Home connects directly to Parque Shopping through a private elevator and the walkway that links the whole complex. Groceries, gym, restaurants and a medical center are within walking distance, and Unimed Hospital is next door. According to the developer, it is the last building in the complex with an unobstructed sea view.
